Please fill out this form for all family members who will potentially attend a Patton PTA event during the 2025-2026 school year. This form was included in the PTA packet that was sent home with your student. If you need another copy, click on the link below, print it out, sign, it, and have your student turn it in to his/her teacher. Thank you!

Supply Wars

Monday, Sept 8 - Friday, Sept 12

Join us for a friendly, optional competition among the different grade levels! Each grade level is assigned a specific school supply to bring in for points. Note: Some supplies are required to be a certain brand to earn points. The grade level that earns the most points will get a pizza or popsicle party hosted by the PTA. After the competition is over, all supplies collected will then be redistributed to all teachers and classrooms at Patton.
